Most pools have separate timings for females. Some even have separate pools for females only like in Jacaranda, DHA, rawalpindi.
You have to go there and submit an application. Then you will have to wait for years and years for your turn to arrive 🙂
There is only one sports complex in Islamabad. Put it on google maps and you’ll reach there 🙂
